We do not offer refunds on any purchases made on cherrytails.com. All sales are final.

🔁 Exchange Only

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange for the same item or another item of equal value, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase and clear images of the issue must be provided.

2. Attach images of the product if damaged or incorrect.

• We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/style, or incorrect size ordered.

• Return shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.
